This website is operated by dirtyskin, a UK-based company specialising in natural, handmade skincare products. All products are formulated and labelled in compliance with UK Cosmetic Products Regulation (UK CPR) (Schedule 34 of the UK Product Safety and Metrology Regulations 2019).

We are registered with the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) and have appointed a Responsible Person (RP) as required by law.

2. Product Safety and Disclaimer

All products sold by dirtyskin are:

  • Properly notified on the UK Submit Cosmetic Product Notification (SCPN) portal.

  • Made in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Accompanied by a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR).

While we use natural ingredients and formulate with care:

  • Our products are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical supervision, please consult your doctor before use.

  • Customers are advised to carry out a patch test 24 hours before full application to avoid allergic reactions or sensitivities.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin irritation resulting from ingredient sensitivities.

All ingredients are listed on product labels and on our website in accordance with INCI naming conventions.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time.

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery (UK only or specify regions)

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days.

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 60 days of receiving the goods.

However, due to the personal nature of skincare products:

  • Returns are only accepted on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos.

To initiate a return, email us at info@dirtyskin.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
