📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Please allow extra time during busy periods such as holidays or sales events.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom via trusted couriers, including Royal Mail and Evri.


🧼 Handmade Production Notice

As all our products are made in small batches, some orders may take slightly longer to dispatch during periods of high demand. We appreciate your patience and support of slow, ethical skincare.


🛑 Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Local postal backlogs

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@dirtyskin.co.uk with your order number.


🔄 Delivery Issues & Re-delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Non-collection from a delivery office

We will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional postage charges may apply.
